   She is mad, she don’t have any right to divorce his husband. It is illegal in Islam. He is also mad who laid the terms & condition in Nikah Nama that a woman may divorce her husband. I say, they are all mad.

   It is illegal in Islam,A woman con’t divorce his husband it is illegal in Islam. According to the Islamic law and principle she don’t have any right to divorce his husband.

   no its not. if in a nikahnama husband alows his wife to divorce she can. its in our shariat you can consult any mufti

     yes. that’s true if Husband give her empower for this perception then she can Give Divorce. whcih mean is in Islamic Institution (Khulla) without this clause its wrong if a woman take this step.
