
Berlin: Samsung has launched its phablet (phone + tablet) Galaxy Note 2, successor of Galaxy Note, that features Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) at its Mobile Unpacked event.
The phablet features 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1.6GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera and a huge 3,100mAh battery on-board. It is 9.4mm thin and will come in 16/32/64GB memory configurations.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be available from October in markets world over.
The price of the device is still not known.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Air View feature allows users to hover with the S-Pen over an email, image gallery, or video to preview its content without having to open it.
Some other interesting features that will their debut in this device are Quick Command and Screen Recorder.
